Free Workshops
Two attendees per agency may attend any Workshop at no charge. CCDRA Workshops include presentations on the information you need in order to legally operate a Domestic Referral Agency under California law. Scheduled Workshop locations and dates are posted on the Workshops page of this Website.

CCDRA is the only member-group where you can get the answers to all your questions regarding compliance with the laws that regulate your agency’s legal requirements, along with recommendations , guidelines and more.
DRA Handbook
The DRA Handbook is an invaluable resource tool available only to members. It contains the text of California laws regulating DRAs, a DRA Compliance Check List, example letters and forms, including a sample Agency Contract, and much more.
Lobbyist Services
When additional influence is needed to fight legislation against our industry, it is sometimes necessary to engage a lobbyist. A lobbyist is our eyes, ears and voice in Sacramento, helping to educate and influence legislators to vote in our favor. When lobbyist services are necessary, CCDRA membership provides the only means to economically share this cost.

CCDRA’s established relationship with the Private Care Association (PCA) provides access to information and perspective from a nationwide organization who is skilled in advocating for Referral Agencies at the Federal level.

Members E-mails
Regular Group e-mails regarding information relating to your agency’s business will help keep you an informed business owner. Members can also obtain answers to questions and concerns through emails to board members.
